to me it will be a special car, as i would want to own this, i dont want to own a V6 (does nothing for me).
Plus being in the Megane, you know its gonna go like stink, handle really well, and hopefully wont inflate your ego to epic proportions like owning a V6 does! :D
mine pops and bangs like a mofo. 172, Ktec stealth, 182 manifold, de-cat.... oh and bodies, cams, pistons etc etc.
Goes off like a shot gun on full throttle gear changes too!

I paid 16k for mine, sold it for 14k, and then the guy sold it about 6 months later for 11k.
i have never changed the discs on any of my 1*2's, just went straight to 4 pot setup (which come with larger rotors).
I did run some DS2500's on my 182 with standard discs which seemed to work better than standard.
but like many have said, braided lines, decent pads and discs will be good...

i have said from the begining that 1*2's brakes were not up to track work. Hence why i got the Compbrake setup comissioned.
Which is funny, as back then everyone banged on about up rated pads and disc being the max, then today someone asks what discs and pads they...

no grass in the world helps scrub off speed, so it would be my last choice of direction, unless it was a few acres of open smooth land!!!
