Hi all Noticed that my front discs on my 172 have a fairly pronounced lip around the outer edge of the discs. Pads are in very good condition. I assume the discs are on their way out and need replacing? Or is it common? Just ask as my old 106 always had lips on the front disc after some use...

Rang round a few places for my mate's 182 about the aux job, a couple of places said that they won't change the alternator pulley. Question is, the aux kit comprises of idler pulley, belt and tensioner. Is the alternator pulley a separate part? And if so what does it do and why is it a b*tch...

Fitted a small megane splitter which I got off ebay for £8. A doddle to fit, looks much better than the larger 307 splitter I had on it previously. If anyone's after a small megane splitter I'd highly recommend tapping 'megane breaking' into ebay and messaging each asnd every seller asking for...

Are blank number plates (no UK sign/border etc) with just your reg letters on legal if standard size?
