Was up at JMS on Wednesday and they said 5w 40 fully synth and nothing else. 10w 40 semi ends up boogaring your dephaser apparently. As above Renault don't reccomend 0w so stick with 5w 40.

Cheers mate, no nothing flashing at all. Just held the reset stalk down when turning the ignition on. Oil ok popped up as normal and then on holding down the reset it brings up the oil status thing which showed the oil as full. I probably do have a bit too much oil in there now, no smoke though...
