My mates brother has got one in his 5,major surgery, custom made bits etc etc.Suppose you can make any engine fit(within reason)but not exactly a 'straight' transplant
That's not good, obviously not up to the job.I would have probably better off leaving my oe discs on.
I've still got them,if they have warped I'll be putting them back on and contacting brembo I think.
Possibly warped brembo max discs that have been on 182 for just over a year and done approx 6k.
Rumbling noise when braking but no shaking through steering, alittle in pedals, noise mainly.
Had it jacked up today and does feel slightly warped, more so on o/s.
No track use and no I ain't heavy on...
Had a set of beemer ones done a few years back and a few of us got our bike wheels done at Stella was happy with job but the lad that done all of mine said he was leaving to start his own place.
Not sure as I'm on vodafone, will find someone on tmob,if not I think it's easy enough to get them unlocked.I think there are companies online that unlock them?
My mate who's got a 5 turbo said that yesterday as most of the lads with the 5's run 45's and I remember something about that when I had 5's.Just have to run these 50's off now;)
I've put some sportlines on mine with a set of 15" 1.2's with 195 50 rubber, car feels more 'twitchy' and less stable cornering at speed.
Going to put my turini's back on to see if it's the wheels or springs
