Was just commenting on the engadget article headline about it being "wacoms worst nightmare". It's far too small for a start lol.
As I said, like the things themselves, pretty much sub-zero tbh.
lol. He wouldn't. But if you played him, it would most likely be stableford to even the playing field, would it not? ;)
I can see both sides of the argument, tbh.
I don't have endless hours to practice and get good. Maybe a couple of hours every couple of weeks. But then I have no interest...
Peperami is spot on tbh.
If I was 20 I'd probably say "f**k the flat, enjoy your car!"
But in reality, the best thing to do is get yourself on the property ladder imho. I bought my 172 brand new out of my savings and it's quite possibly the single most stupid financial decision I've ever...
Mine gave up last week, over 6 years old.
Just get the cheapest one you can that has a CCA of 420A. I bought one from Halfrauds that was £70, but had to for convenience as I needed the car there and then!!
Sky mid package, (was 8Mb now supposedly 10Mb, although if anything there's been a slight decrease in speed lol). Not missed a beat in three years though, can't fault it. Does me for £5 a month!
Considering I'm about four sockets away from the master, it aint so bad! Disconnecting the bell...
iPhone 3GS
iPod Nano 4th Gen 8GB
iPod Nano 1st Gen 2GB
And that's it. Nano's just for the car tbh.
iPhone is flawed and iTunes is s**t. And it'll be a cold day in hell before I buy a Mac PC lol.
What I will say is that the most amazing thing about the iPhone is the box (indeed Apple...
What a game.
My lack of feel for the sticks is doing me in atm. Too much time squealing round the bends and losing speed. :(
Still love playing it though. I'm not much cop, but I can't think of a game I've played that's as rewarding when you get it just right. Linking up a series of hairpins...
Get an 80, remap it and strip it. It'll be pokey enough to keep most 1.4/1.6's honest. Suspension and brakes too if you've still got the cash.
Guy I work with has a chipped 80 as his work hack and it's ace fun tbh. He's got the back seats out as he uses it as a van most of the time lol, but...
Yeah, on ANY digital camera, noise will increase the higher the ISO. But it's much more pronounced on compacts, possibly due to the tiny sensor.
The TZ7 is a cracking camera though mate. I'm really pleased with mine. The HD video is an added bonus too.
Great shots! :approve:
Nah... It's noise. I've got a TZ7 as my P&S and it's a great bit of kit... But anything above ISO400 is very noisy.... A problem most compacts suffer with tbh.
All the Cup owners getting defensive! Bless!
The fact is the Cup IS going to be a bit worse to drive. It has the same width tyres as the other variants, yet less weight 'pushing down' onto the road. Stands to reason they will be a bit worse in slippy sonditions imho. You just need to take this...
Exactly. Depemds what you look for in a car tbh.
Has to be the 172 Cup I think. Was the first of it's type (a new model with things taken off!) and a brave move by Renault imho. And they built a f**king cracking little car. And it just so happened that, at the time, you couldn't buy a quciker...
Ian, you're a legend. Thanks mate. :D
I searched for a guide too :s
Don't supppose you could help me with the weather as well? About 15 degrees warmer next week, ta ;)
Got some OEM discs and pads for a good price (nwperformance :D) and going to fit them myself early next week.
Anything to look out for? What size sockets/spanner etc?
Will be useful if anyone knows as I'll have to borrow anything bigger than 19mm from work, and the French seem keen on using...
