You shouldn't pay for it if it's still under warranty, take it to another Renault dealer.
It could be some thing to do with the brake switch, as it is common for them to fail, but you normally get the ABS light also.
I've just got this today online from More Than, Esure & Elephant and i'm 24 and had the car over 2 years now. lol

Well it does smooth out the power delivery and the car will pick up better at lower revs.
Most push the rev limiter up (Not always a good thing)
It's up to you really, but I personally wouldn't bother unless the cars got a turbo.

With mine I normally have to turn all the lights then off then start in the mornings. Other wise it doesn't start that well.
Batterys don't seem to last long either.
I would say around the 175bhp mark, but it all depends on the rollers really to compare.
I went to Westec in Newport, using Dastek Rollers.
My 172 produced 167.6bhp on the first run and 170.2bhp on the second, so I'm quite chuffed with that as I only changed the air filter for a itg panel...
I like having a clean car and always give it a quick wash once a week.
I clean mine on sat mornings so I've got a clean car for the weekend as I know once I get to work on monday after the motorway and the lanes it will be dirty.
The problem is the missus moans about her car then and I end...

What sort of power to weight are these?
I guess they don't weight more than a 1000kgs?
