A bit of both. They should be able to test the lines remotely when you ring the call centres, they can't do that as they dont have the infrastructure in place (One would of thought that would be quite an important thing to do!!!). They have a few systems in place for the copper/LLU services...

BT Infinity has its flaws though. They have no means of testing ANY of the Infinity lines at the moment. So if something goes wrong it will take ages to fix it.

Aye is done that but what I mean is the bracket I have doesn't keep the tv far enough from the wall to be able to fit properly. It catches on the hdmi/aerial leads. It is a cheap bracket :o

Budget isn't an issue but put it this way I dont like spending money if that makes sense!! Im thinking wall mounted speakers behind the sofa thats infront of the TV. Floor standers might impede getting in and out of the doors.

Well thats a git...Im on Hboot version 2.000 and there is not a (easy) way to downgrade that to 1.13....yet. I bet that happened in the update it did yesterday :( Meh im happy with gingerbread 2.3.5 at the mo...much better lock screen and bits then the previous version. Il wait till im back...

BT are expensive and just as s**t. Only thing good about them is IF there is a line problem you can get it sorted quicker then with one of the LLU providers. Also just because its a new build estate doesnt mean you will have a decent speed. Faar too many factors involved.

"if" there is a problem with your line that is causing your slow speed then it won't make any difference which provider you go with. Your speed will still be s**t. That's a big IF. Ps Nfox likes to use his random percentages doesn't he.

Dont get a Karcher...had mine 24 months and hardly used it. But the motor inside is fcuked and has been making a god awfule noise. Im waiting for it to blow up.

I was looking at getting some on mine, expensive?? (if you dont mind me asking) My boss has a brand new set of Scorpion AT's out on a pajero at the back of work but they wont fit mine...gutted (the car hasnt moved for about 5 years!)
