Hi mate, thats my engine bay. The red filter is called an induction kit, basically it replaces the standard air box which is quiet and enviroment friendly and gives the car a nice grumble under acceleration. This roar sound is the air passing through the filter which can be suprisingly loud...

what kit have you got? any pics?? this is my one, £26 pound from halfords and i got the 2nd cold air feed (the silver one) from a small car shop for 4 pounds, just fed it down to the bottom of the car, all i need now is a heat shield really...

Saying you vts or 106 gti will beat a 182 is ludacris. No chance at all, would have to be a shocking drive in the 182 to let them do that. The 182 would pull alot harder, especially after 5k revs!! I have a vtr and its nippy (admitidly alot slower then a vts) , but still no where near the 182...

i think you should get a 182 cup to be honest, for a little more you get a better, more attractive interior which looks more like a sporty car, if you get in a standard 182, you feel like your in a 1.2 dynamique, untill you put your foot down :P i would advise that you ask the dealer if he can...

this is the kit i got mate, fits on nicely in minutes!! sounds great as well! could probs do with a heat shield to be honest, to deter the engine heat from the kit. heres a pic for ya, its a ripspeed one by the way, for £26 you can't go wrong mate...

enjoy it mate, i was going to get that colour, but it wasn't the cup version so it had the normal clio seats etc so i went for a silver one from the same dealer with all the extra bits i wanted! looks lovely though mate, real eye catcher!! have fun!!
