Can you provide me pls with some feedback for the pics I took at Oulton on sun. Thread here http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=426999
Was my 1st go at motorsport and i think they are quite good. Was using the standard kit lens with the 350d (18-55) and got most of the panning...
technically most probably as the lighter colour reflects more heat than the darker flame red would resulting in a marginally cooler car - altho personally i prefer hot :D
correct change in pairs. no you dont need compressors just the right bloody spanner / socket which i didnt (18mm springs to mind which most small socket sets miss out i think).
1 bolt on rear axle, 1 nut in boot and 15 min job (fred could do em both in 5 not doubt :) )
bout £110 for the pair
tbh pit lane was good and a fair few drivers could be collared for autographs and pics. Got some good pics of of my lad with Collard, Jelly, Jones, Thompson but a big thankyou needs to go to Team Aon & Tom Chilton. Lad was dissapointed that he couldnt find anyone and not only did one of the...
Went to Oulton Park yesterday (May 31st) for the BTCC on the spur of the moment as I got drowned a little at Donnington and didnt take the camera there. Needless to say weather was substantially better :)
1st thing I was aware of was how much closer you are at Oulton, however the layout means...
interesting with those using voipfone as ive setup an account with them but from a commercial viewpoint is seems a pain in the arse to top up via credit card as and when required. Would much prefer something which uses monthly billing or similar.
edit - altho reading back it seems voipfone are...
right, trixbox is up and running (eventually) on a spare box. got it running on 3 extensions via softfone and my nokia n82 via wireless.
Looks a good bit of kit tbh and very impressed with it.
Recommendations pls for voip providers, specifically for use porting number from bt ?
hmm so neither of you have faith in sip to run the whole system on it then. is that because of internet reliability / bandwidth or sip server issues ?
Seeing as the example im currently looking at is small scale 1 incoming audio + fax to be routed by a menu system is 'should' be ok but is why...
Daz.
so your example has 10 lines via isdn (which are standard ?) and 1x sip trunk for voip ?
Im not 100% on the benefits / usage of isdn but was under the (possibly wrong) impression that voip could be used solely with enough bandwidth (read ~ 128kb per line a minimum which is usually the...
anyone have and familiararities with using a voip setup commercially ?
friend is migrating his business form a unit to his home and got mis sold a isdn line for phones.
basically needs decent net access
vrs system allowing redirecting to office / mobile1 / mobile 2
1 / 2 local office phones...
so they break into your house, steal your car keys and bypass your billion pound car alarm with the key fob..... ?
If u want to protect your car, get an alarm with a keypad where you have to enter a pin before engine starts. But then hey may well be pummeling your face to tell em so is it...
they ok for road use, tend to squeak a bit tho till warmed properly.
Biggest issue i had with oem was non braided lines. When i needed to stop in a hurry standard fluid heated and rubber lines expanded. oem pads + discs were ok till i did a few 'proper laps' but couldnt cop it when hot.
Never...
ds2500 ~ 100 from yozzasport
brembo hc ~ 115 per pair @ gsf
braided lines ~ 60 + new fluid + fitting
for discs use standard till they need changing then go to brembo
was a 2nd hand lense from ebay, which had stated er-99 issues but i tested asnd was fine, seems is ok in darker light.
3rd part is good as sum1 must know. tbh i imagine its just an eeprom / mcu update and tempted to get the screwdrivers
Any of you familiar with the process of having to rechip sigma lenses ?
The 70-300 apo i bought in jan has been showing err-99 and sigma cust services tell me its an old lens which strictly isnt compatible with dslr's (only slrs).
They can be rechipped but they dont offer this on older lenses :s...
Interesting Steve, knew youd been looking for some time but finally made the plunge !
Did you drive the r26 at all as wondering what your thoughts were ?
I drive the 197 cup and r26 at bedford last year and loved them both, just the r26 more, especially grip, although it was damp.
Good...
