Nikon D50... I use it over my D200 in a fair few situations! Excellent camera, especially at the price its at currently.

If you can get hold of the Nikon 18-70mm within your budget (maybe 2nd hand) then go for it as it's a nicely built lens with relatively good macro capabilities. If you're shooting landscapes I wouldn't go any higher than 25mm, preferably 18mm at the wide end. :)

Yeah fake if you ask me, when the camera pans back towards the evo you can see they're not pulling away from an old couple in the background!

Tips are that if the dust isn't too noticeable in most shoots, dont bother cleaning it as you can often make things worse/not make them better. Try to clean it as little as possible, but when necessary, do it ;)

Just to give you a bit of hope - My car was broken into in january time, did the lock rather than the window (cnuts) they didn't get anything from the inside but just from prints on the outside of the car and a CD case in a car nearby that was broken into, the lad got caught, and is now serving...
