No the relay allows you to switch on the fogs as normal and override it
And yes you can do that to but youd have to do it in reverse so that when windows are fully down the volume is fully up so you can cruise through maccy d's in style
The setup still works well with either IMO as the fog lights tend to light up the verges well. Extremely useful if you live near alot of single track lanes as i do - Useful mod tbh

Yeah start off with coarse sand paper (something like 120 grit) to get off the rough casting finish. then work with finer and finer stuff to take out the scratches left by the coarse paper (Finish with something like 2500 grit) then get the autosol out and give it a gold old polish.
