No the relay allows you to switch on the fogs as normal and override it And yes you can do that to but youd have to do it in reverse so that when windows are fully down the volume is fully up so you can cruise through maccy d's in style

The setup still works well with either IMO as the fog lights tend to light up the verges well. Extremely useful if you live near alot of single track lanes as i do - Useful mod tbh

Did it on my old cars as the lights were crap so had spots on with full beam. Lights are good enough in the 172 so havent bothered.

You could always buy my Ktec centre section. Comes with a free backbox and fittings too lol

Yeah sfter the first couple of coats it looked more like cup blue, but darkened with the layers, and the clearcoat finished it nicely

:eek: As above really, got to work this morning and the car was making awful vibrations under braking, the right hand rear disc has cracked in two places from the outer edge right down to the hub, and is now working its way round the hub (when the 2 cracks meet that section is gonna fall out)...

Yeah start off with coarse sand paper (something like 120 grit) to get off the rough casting finish. then work with finer and finer stuff to take out the scratches left by the coarse paper (Finish with something like 2500 grit) then get the autosol out and give it a gold old polish.

Its Ford Graphite Metallic, i did start to polish it but got bored lol:o
