^ I think he means the turtlewax 'crayon' touch up pen.
Rub it on and wipe off excess. If you rub it off properly, it will leave behind the wax in the chip.
Won't last long, would be better off using paint.
The try Renault comment was serious.
They sell so many different stickers you didn't even know existed.
I went in for the two from the grill, and was presented with 11 pages of stickers, from Playstation 2 to 95RON.
They didn't have the grill ones though. Useless.
It would only take a different journey, or a trip to the shops though town once in that tank to take it down.
I understand you said same driving, but maybe you had a heavier foot, bit of traffic one of those days.
Have you got the cat 1 approved certificate in your Renault wallet?
If you don't I know I have mine so can check the manufacturer of the system if you like?
Yeah. Need to reset it every now and then otherwise it keeps adding on to previos met G's, leaving a large number you know you could never of hit in that instance.
MPG figure is an average figure. Reset it on a blast and you would see say, 28mpg. Then do a 4 hour motorway journey and moan...
It's not due to Feb, but last time I know the reading was fairly low and I will be taking it to a different garage next time who may not be as lenient/knowledgeable on the issue.
Fred?
Yes I know, more threads on this than anything but this may be useful for the records.
We are all aware that the 172 Cups are renowned for failing the MOT due to the rear braking efficiency.
My question is, what is the borderline reading that is classed as a pass.
Should a Cup with no...
Don't be too put off by the toyo haters. Many will just jump on the band wagon as it was once written in 2006.
If you just want a generic tyre for road use and don't drive like an idiot, they will more than suffice.
Unlikely.
Was Sub £27 Last year and the year before in supermarkets. Readily available for anyone to go and get, yet people were still paying 30 odd on ebay for a copy a week later.
Until this one came out today, the old ones fetched good money. They aren't the game to go down to a tenner...
I had the same, and replaced the twisted dog bone gearbox mount expecting it to sort it, it didn't
I also had a knocking on turning, at all speeds.
Since I have fitted coilovers, both noises have gone.
I put it down to top mounts!
Nice car.
Love these. Suprisingly reasonable to insure.
Wanted to buy one of these a couple of years ago when the prices were right. They have shot right up in the last year or so that I have noticed.
I love the Burgandy ones, not sure on what the colour is called, Magenta?
Thing I want to know is, is it a pass if there is NO effort at all on the rear?
Surely a low effort, past a certain limit is where the rule comes in to place, or will the Cup actually pass with a complete lack of rear braking?
