hey..sorry brian..thatnks for the info yeah there was a big 20page thread somewhere bout it... clipped a kerb, seat airbag deployed... this is prob in the wrong section, sorry MODs...(shud be in mechanical)

the steering rack/column and stuff was replaced however...could this have been damaged during replacement of these parts..? or once one airbag goes, it buggers the rest of them

the airbag that has deployed however is the seat airbag..? not the wheel..

my 182 is in at renault as the ESP is not working... to fix this i apparently need an "airbag rotary switch" nice 156quid part... how can the esp be affected by the airbag??

the "transmission d" was not fluid but in fact the drive shaft.... however they have said they have made a mistake and it is in fact 10 cable ties at 87p each and not 87 at 10p each... i have it booked in again... btw do cups have abs? nah?...thot that and for your information...

if it flashed on, it saved your life probably... in fact just seen the service light came on aswell... light randomly flash all the time on mine...just turn it off and on again...

the esp was perfect...it disables now as soon as you move off...and u can feel it sliding about...pretty s**t... im gonna get the airbag done but unfortunately...i am skinto at the moment

£145 quids worth of it?? i'd hope not as i dont think the touched anything that would need it... i'd have hoped they would at least get the esp working...plus the brakes feel a wee bit shite aswell...

hehe... well at least something has been repaired...

i will do..(might have to be in the morning tho as its PITCH BLACK outside... but from a quick look their seems to be a lot of shiney new metal parts... (the bit underneath the radiator etc and around the sump (beneath the plastic quard appears to have been replaced)

below speed limit...the original thread is kicking about somewhere... the car is really bad to drive withour the esp, so im thinkn something more is still amiss...
