If its going through the insurance you can take it to any bodyshop you like! If its just a small indent and a scuff its doubtfull it'l get a new bumper on it too, It will be repaired. You will also get your excess back if it wasnt your fault as your insurance will pursue the claim for all costs

Im not going to deny the orange been shite in the past, as i did swap over to o2 due to problems with reception and pricing in the past. Seems to have got a lot better though in the past few years. My contract had undercut o2 so i stayed too. Cant say the same for their broadband service...

Orange is mint, TBH i have better signal in various places than my mates on o2 and ive pretty much constantly got 3g too.

Leave it 2 week before you touch it, i wouldnt even wash it TBH. Even though its been baked it'l still be soft enough to mark put swirls in etc if youve a poor wash technique.
