    i think you will find the bumper flexes and there wont be any damage behind it, unless you got any leeks ?, are all the panels fitting correctly and does the bonnet shut ok ?

    is the spring seated correctly, and have you checked the dampers for leaks ??, either way take it back and get them to look at it

    the normal one has a light that goes over the top, the cup one is larger and the brake light is set into it

    the steering is heavy for a purpose, its not supposed to be light, its hydrolic power steering, which still gives power assist, but doesnt make the steering to light like electric for instance
