In a word.. Neither. Windows 7 is just around the corner so I can't see the point in buying either OS at the moment. If you can "get by" for a few months then do that. Otherwise you'll regret buying an OS only to find a much better OS available shortly after.

Same GPU and CPU as me. They'll be fine. Only negatives are the PSU and case you've chosen. Invest in a decent PSU rather than just the highest wattage for the cheapest price you can find. Regarding the case it's personal opinion but I'd rather pay extra and get one with decent airflow and...

It's got dual WAN ports but I don't think it supports dual wireless networks.
