Personally I'd steer clear of eBay when it comes to PC's. You just have to look at some of the stuff they put in their ads which shows they are either stupid, ignorant or merely trying to mislead buyers. Example - "AMD Athlon64 AM2 DUALCOREX2 7850+ 2.8Ghz X2 = 5.6Ghz" What a load of s**t.

I see what you mean. The image/outline is the SA80/L85A1/2 but the text refers to something else entirely.
It is pre-release footage though so it's probably a typo.
If you click on one of the dwellings it shows you the residents needs. To progress to the next level you need to make sure each need (Food, drink, clothing etc etc) is fully met. Only then will the residents progress.
The native resolution is indeed 1920 * 1080 and even at 60hz there shouldn't be a noticeable flicker. That said some people are more susceptible to screen flicker but if you can't perceiver it on another unit (at work, a mates monitor maybe) running at 60hz then it's likely you have a faulty...
It's different to what I'm used to. Never really been into these types of games before but I tried the demo and loved it.
Taking a break from it at the moment as I think it's the type of game you can play for 6 hours and not really notice where the time has gone.
