    sounds like a vac leak check all small pipes are connected to the plenum another good way to test is spay wd40 or equivelent round the inlet ( as a mist say 15cm away not directly on ) and if there is a leak the engine will suck the oil in and make it bog slightly

    a little update, finally got most of it finished and a s**t load of silicons in the paint . god knows were they all came from as it was panel wiped 4 times .. could of been the diesel tank but its mostly sorted now . just got roof to finish as i ran out of paint and panel windows to re do but...

    may not be the best but what i use and works well... some kind of solvent based cleaner , forgot name (dont get on hoses as it marks them ) tfr this adds abit of a shine to the paint and plastics then tyre shineor a silicone based gel on any hoses and blast plastics etc

    i have been trying to look into this myself . if were both on about the same engine (130bhp) then from what i can work out there identical apart from the sport obvs having vvt better manifold and inlets etc which would account for the extra power variation between the two . im not sure about...

    if it isnt running well then he RR operator wont give it full throttle he wil just use the road to simulate driving and pick up on the faults etc

    ahh man its a right b**ch, the head lining takes about 5 mins better to do it with 2 people tho . as for the sound deadening its a bit of a pain i used a heat gun and scraper. then s**t loads of thinners and raggs.
