PM edde here, and ask him for the shortened aux belt change method. Explain this to the dealer thats this needs carrying out on top of the normal service. A 36k (12k) service should be £180 ishy, and then the belt & 30mins work on top.

36k service inc belt from renault main dealer was about £230.

whats the mileage on the car.. shocks should be covered to about 26,000 or so. They are only about £60 new from renault anyway. The pads are one of them things, the rear light you could get off eBay, or from the scrap yard and do it yourself.

Well, the claim if for the bonnet alignment being out, as the guy took the catch off, then put it back on, and repeated to press down on the bonnet to get it to close, then re-adjust the catch, then press again.. and hey presto it closed..only later i realised they dent in the bonnet...
