A good start might be to get a mate to sit in the car and ride the clutch with the handbrake on so the engine rocks then you can see if there is too much movement or where the noise is coming from.

Well you'd need new column, new rack, new PAS pump, um don't know if you could mount it properly on the drive belt either if it isn't already there... wouldn't be a cheap thing tbh!

Oil level only works when you've got the ignition on 1or2 turns not with the engine on ;)

Can anyone confirm which side the bolts are mean to go in through ie ns/os and which side the bolts are meant to be on, because the bolts are touching the exhaust which has been causing it to rattle pretty bad...

Ok so after my last c**k up with alloys from ebay (now sat round the side of my house along with 4 tyres which weren't meant to arrive) Will 205/50/15 fit on 6.5J rims? I've got 185's on them at the mo but they look to be the smallest that will fit on a 6.5J rim... so could I get 205s on there...

Less you got a valver of course...

Or just wait a few days for the next valver to be breaking and get the right thing much cheaper ;)
