Guys, its been happening a lot recently, when i let off, the engine nocks quite loudly and you can feel it throught the gear stick, pedals and steering wheel - when i come to a stop and put her in neutral or just supply no reves, the nocking is terrible - not loud outside the car but it rattles...

Yep, you could very easily have dirt trapped within the calipers mate - not hard to take off - it may just be a pice of grit. That is the most likely answer if the pads are in good condition. it hasnt affected the breaking has it?

Sounds like a real problem with your fuel lines mate - i had this - change the fuel filter (only costs about £10) its really easy to do, then take ure spark plugs out, make sure they arent covered in oil or are wet, and try starting the engine to see if they all spark - if they do then it may be...
