how much are rear shocks for a 172 cup, from gsf or renault or whatever?

yeh ive noticed the ride quality was pretty rough this week actaully, i always thinks its just me being a wimp but i guess im right this time.

well it feels like the back slides, so i guess its that, ill get it looked at soon and prob do that both, is that £60 for just the backs or front and backs?

so oil change + filter, air filter and pollen filter, parts = about £50 ish, so that makes the labour £150 plus?! what a rip off, even i can do all that in about an hour or two!

i couldnt handle the heat in my cup, had to stop every 10 mins cos i couldnt handle it. A.c is for pretty boys ;)

my old de-catted 106 flamed, but nothing got melted. maybe a few small animals but nothing major

seems a bit dangerous though, my thoughts are sticking rear brake pads(cos i know that pants anyway) or something to do with the bearings? they arent whirring or anything. maybe rear dampers? but would like any more info if anyones got them?

wondering if anyone could help, the back end of my cup pops out every now and again for no reason, usually when i go over speed bumps, gravel, dips in the road, manholes etc, and happened a bit on the motorway. why does it do this, i aint driving fast when it happens? its annoying me.

yesterday evening noticed my rear nearside tyre was down and i was also a bit worried on the front as i had to pump that up 2wice recently. got it checked this morning and it turns out instead of 1 or maybe 2 tyre repairs i now need 1 new alloy and two new tyres as the alloy has cracked on the...

anyone got any pics of different coloured ones of these badges from the 172 or 182. wanted to mainly see what a darker coloured one would look like on a 172 cup.
