The 197 just works imo, it was how the Mk3 was supposed to look, not some half arsed nose slapped on it to 'freshen' it up.... Its a good looking car with a few tweeks imo :)

Join being the bumper/headligt, still looks an arse three years later Pinched in Its like an optical illusion of where the bumper sides/bottom of the headlights meet the black insert..... it seems to make the car have less presence?

2500's, work well from cold, dust like an o.e pad. I've never tracked them but they are very strong for fast road imo,

It doesn't have cornering headlamps, they have the round projectors in them. It could be the RS monitor its hard to tell from the pics. If it says 'Renaultsport' on start up it has it. (Its little pointless on a clio tbh so no biggie) Make sure tyres aren't ditchfinder 2000's, make a big...

I've had a fuel pump on my 197 go, not unheard of.... it just cut out after some hero driving, had to tow it home! Over on 197net there seems to be a few different faults relating to fuel pump issues. Luckily mine just died so the fault was pretty easy to trace.
