I dont see how it'll decrease by 3 grand seeing as your 1 year older and have an extra years no claims, By the time you stick the 182 on your premium will prob be the same as it was if not higher imo

Im with admiral too, When i changed from my 182 to my 197 last week they just upgraded the policy for me for free, I pay monthly DD though but im sure you'd only have to pay the difference, Cant see why you'd need to start a new policy tbh

Different box i believe, the box on the 225 is a bit bigger from what i've read on here.. Could be wrong though so dont quote me

+1 and i've owned both and i can say without a shadow of a doubt my 197 feels as punchy as my 182, Epic car all round and russ you need the cup spoiler in your life mate, Paid to have mine fitted before collecting the car.. Looks the danglies and not a like a halfrauds special as everyone...

May need the gear linkage greased, Jack the car up and use axel stands so it dont drop on your head, Check if its greased or not, If its dry grease it

Cruise control is green, Orange is the speed limiter, changing the function for mpg etc is on the end of the right stalk, Little button just push it in and it changes the readouts

5GTT conversion maybe ?? Boost pipe over the top of the head so could be that or dare i say it an RS Turbo conv as their boost pipes run over the head if im not mistaken. On the bonnet though for me it would be too much agro even if it was free tbh

Some will remember my exact same thread 2 weeks ago, Like you i had a blast in the 197 and didnt think much of it, I tried again the very next day and tbh it grew on me big time.. Signed the dotted line and now have it, Only had it a week and i bloody love it, Best car decision i have ever made

Dont know if they are different weights to the Speedline versions, Cant see it tbh but the Speedline version in 16" is prob around the 8kg per wheel weight... 17's are listed as 8.6kg each so may help you ??
