I have small-ish hands so just unclipped the clips from the right to left. It was a t**t to undo the air ducting so I just left it on and gave it a bit of welly. Getting on the new grille was far more awkward. Had to have three stabs at it to get it on.
Did it without removing the bumper, but I couldnt fit the new grille with what my haynes manual calls, "the air ducting", attached which originaly is fitted to the left hand side of the grille. As far as I can tell, all it dose is direct air at the radiator. Still, is it particularly important...

Good Spring and Shock Combo?
Ok, so coilovers a tad out my price range at the moment, so im looking at shocks and springs. Looking for a decent combo that'll give me about a 60mm drop. Any suggestions?
Just had a look, fitted fine as far as I can see. Ive losened the tumb screw a bit but it doesnt look as though that area of the light is a point of contact with the body work, so even if it was too tight, I cant see how it could of cracked. Im fairly certain it was either some dodery old bugger...
Im not going to say how much they were, but they werent cheap. Ive used some super adhesive for the moment. Its a cheap fix, but as has been said. Its annoying me becasue I know its there. Never mind.
Silvervisions are looking good though, cant understand why everyone was banging on about...
