Hubcentric spacers do not necessarily have to bolt onto the hub first, there are 2 variations of "hubcentric spacer"
A hubcentric spacer is one that has a flange in the centre (bit like a hub funny enough) I see Gouldy's point about the longer bolts but he obviously hasn't met "flange" before...

Check your wheel bolts are all ok - I had 1 cross-threaded in the hub once (thanks tyre depot!) and when I came off the throttle it made a right clattering match
I didn't even know the K-Tec ones were originally Compbrakes (if they really are that is lol)
Jamie the ones you got will be grand :) just tighten them up really well in the turret - that's what I did
Well I usually have problems with the simplest things on the car lol. No probs with the Compbrakes hence the confusion about all the hate for them :rolleyes:
