No the one on the right is a gateway 21" HD LCD. Is really good actually. and the one on the left is just a cheap Belinea 22" LCD. the gateway is in a completly different league compared to the 22".
I want a 24" dell or a Apple cinema display as the colours are so much better.
yer I was just about to say, I have my PC running for weeks at a time, with no drop in performance or anything.
I think its down to the user. If you know what your doing a PC is just as good as a mac when it comes to design.
At xmas I am buying a Windows based laptop and have linux dual boot...
I have recently stared uni doing graphic design. And they have macs for us to use.
But, I have the whole CS3 suite on my PC and is just as quick as using on a mac if not quicker. I am quick on a pc and im so fluent using it. hardly ever crashes. I really cant see what makes mac's so desirable...
Dont know how I have done it, but if you type photos n designs in google im in the top 3 :D
Or photos ben wall < my name. im in the top 5. all is good it would seem.
Thanks, im not really too worried about the Word thing, just thought it would be cool to be able to open a letter document and the letterhead would already be there.
Think I might design the actual letterhead in AI and then import it into Indesign.
How do you do this?
I have indesign infront of me...do I just place images etc on a a4 letter page and thats it? is there a way of saving it so it can be opened in word etc as a template?
thanks.
I have
Ben Wall - my name
photos n designs - my site.
I thought about resale, but to be honest im not going to sell it. will last me a year or 2 then will get the new ipod whatever it will be.
thats a easy one. just right click my comp and its under the performance tab...i think, its on og the tick boxes, just set them to best for appearance.
I have got a css menu from http://meyerweb.com/eric/css/
And im trying to edit it so that there are no lines shown (see pic) but I cant find which bit of the css i need to change to do so.
Anyone an ideas?
Just didnt like the game play at all. I love couter strike source as its so fun to play, just didnt find crysis that good, single player might be better but who knows. Its not worth spending all the money on new GFX cards for that game.
