I would say so, the car has defo got more kick to it. Don't know about how much power is gained. But I think the GroupN concentrates more on the torque (I may be babbling b*llocks thou). And it revs like a nutter, good for when you wanna keep in the power band :D

Got one of these the other week from them. First ECU didnt work, spoke to them, got another one sent out. Brand new ECU from Renault flashed to GroupN as they didnt get any in. Put it on tonight, got more of a kick. Deffo a difference. Any problems just speak to Chris at TotalTuning. Good people.
Got the 1144's. And yes I sound like a BUS too. It got a little bit better after beding in, but jeeezzz they Squeal. Cooper crease cures it for about 1/2 mile :(
No way mate, ask alot of 172 owners. Ph1 great car. Just make sure it is serviced and looked after like any car, and will always put a smile on your face :)

Well you buy one bit for the car then the other for the make of head unit. Only a little bit of wiring. It basically means you don't lose the dash display and steering controls, as these are all done thru the yellow iso plug that goes into the back of the standard radio. But you can use the JVC...
InCarTec produce convertors. Basically 2 part systems, a little loom for the car and one for the head unit, so in your case you need one for the clio and one for a JVC HU. Just checked and the AVX1 is supported by the JVC cable, below are links to the 2 products you need:
