if it's the three that a normal socket won't fit on? I had to use a long thin socket and knock it on to get them off. Couldn't be arsed buying a bit that was thin enough with the correct fitment. They aren't torqued up too much anyway.
You pay how much for your 182  how old are you? It will most likely be down do safety, plus the fact that 1*2's are reducing in price and the individuals who buy them tend to chav them up and crash them. Honestly the amount of 1*2's you see being broken now is shocking.
how would that make any difference. Tanks are plastic these days. No spark ;) Plus the car would go up with it.
Can't believe people do this. The world is going to s**t.
What's the deal with the SPS when this is done Mick? Surely the lack of rotation due to the airbag wiring just sitting in the boss will flash up an error anyway? Or are they fixed and rotate as normal?
There is an earth point on top of the gearbox at the back, which then branches off to the lambda sensors. There are lots of wires in there though, so pics might be useful ;)
Re: James/BigAsh 182 Race Car by TDF... It doesn't get much better than this! *Pic He
you've got me paranoid now, never check my PAS pipes (or was it the resevoir? if so can it just be heat shielded?). I tend to run about 20-30 laps at a time depending on how i'm feeling, so engine bay does get...
wow. I hope your clients appreciate the work that goes into these. Looks great. On a side note, i'm amazed that the TTRS doesn't come with the RS4 seats.
Didn't say you did mate.
Great Tyres. I'll probably change and go for something else when they go fully bald. Federals get a good rep, as do Yokohama. Can't remember if the dunlops are expensive by comparison
I've got both tomtom and navi. Navi I've found a bit pants, crap directions etc, but it's free so you can't grumble too much. Tomtom is great, plus it uses no data what so ever, and is hence great for using abroad. I downloaded the us/canada tomtom app for this years trip. Jailbreak ftw ;)
Dealer most likely gave the option, jazzed it up a little and he took it. Diesel would have been a better route though mate sorry to say. Is the deal signed?
Wouldn't even buy a pint in your favorite holiday hotspot ;)
Did you get pics James? I'm down there at the start of march fir some final bits and bobs. Shame yours will have gone by then.
I had mine properly cnc'd. ie. Not just the around the ports. The lower inlet is fully ported, The plenum is ported as far round as the machine would reach, and also into the TB also for good measure :). Noticed a difference on the rollers with mine. Same rollers, with putting my BTB system on...
