2.3 degrees each side, or thereabouts. How much would that be vs off the shelf stuff?

    Spacer and camber shim help/advice...

I'd go an extra degree on the OSR and 30 minutes on the NSR; correct the toe too you might need two shims used together one for the toe and one for the camber. You'll be ok with 10mm hub spacers on the back along with the shims and then as Mark said 10mm will be fine on the front too.

    Focus RS gearbox

I thought you could use the standard gearbox mount? You won't need a custom flywheel. Yes it does

    Coilovers

The bilstein are great, if you want damping adjustment the sportline 1s would do you. I think mine are great but I'm mot running track spring rates, mine are similar rates to the bilstein but I get extra rear roll stiffness due to the proper rear coilovers rather than separate shocks and inboard...

sonny172cup "track car to race car project"

DZ03G 205/50s, less camber, pop the Wilwoods back on. What size brake discs are you using with each setup? I've changed from RSR to AD08R and I'll be running 3 degress camber and the roll centre kit, before I was kit-less and ran 3.83 degrees. I've also uprated the spring rates. Before the...

    What cams are these?

If they were made several years ago they'll be equivalent to 428. So only the inlet cam is uprated. Prima racing do the same profile from blanks for £295 brand new so it could be them. TDF seemed to get lots of exaggerated RR figures so I'd take that with a pinch of salt. I.E a 172 with itbs...

How do you get rid of a 182 body roll

AST sportline 1. Nice enough on the road and a bit more 'trackday' than the B14s. The B14 are very good though. With the RARB I thought I noticed a difference after fitting it, but I definitely didn't notice a difference after removing it! The biggest improvements I've noticed in mine are:-...

    Exhaust pop

Ok then. Honest answer. There's the possibility it would do internal engine damage and knacker your engine. It will definitely knacker your cat and possibly exhaust silencer(s). Normal people will LOL because of the race car noise from a clearly non race car. Those into their cars will LOL...

    ITB'd Road & Track Ph1 Titanium 172

Thanks mate, can't wait for Oulton on the 27th :) I've gone and bought an arch roller to see if I can go wider on the back. The only problem is I didn't look at the delivery date...so I might not get it done before Oulton.

Weight of seats 172 vs 172 cup

Cup doesn't have airbags or true driver side lumbar support adjustment. The bolsters feel bigger too but that might just be because they're less slippery than leather. The dynamique might well be the same. Ph1 and Ph2 have different wiring plugs.
  27. Grandpa Joe

Weight of seats 172 vs 172 cup

I prefer the cup ones. They're 18ish kg whereas the the 172/182 are 22kg passenger side and 24kg driver side.
