    I thought the ASTs were fully adjustable rebound, damping the works? Therefore they wouldnt need revalving, just tweak the damping on the shock which will adjust the valves internally, restricting and opening for the oil to flow :S

    Not unless you use camber bolts, Your camber will change when you lower it but it'l be only be marginally and you wont get any abnormal wear.

    They wont adjust individually though, If ones a lot lower than the other it'l need winding up. The garage should have done this when they fitted the new headlight though and checked the beam pattern.

    Yes its normal, normally its a knocking you get and the washers are put in to correct that, Try lubing your ARB bushes first and a bit of lube on the top mount caps

    You do know the springs arent meant to be completely tightened up solid, the idea is the joint has flex in it otherwise you'l be cracking the exhausts welds all the time, If its still slack i have used a washer in the past on them
