It sounds like the check strap which is worn, Its difficult to tell from the video but you will see the pin moving

My guess is as good as everyone elses with regards to the valve damage, Unfortunatly theres no definitive answer. The cams moving is a good sign shows the belts not snapped but it doesnt mean it hasnt jumped a couple of teeth. Have you removed the aux belt and tried to start it?

60mm for cup/trophy 58mm for 172 and non 182 cups 54mm for everything else IIRC

Use the one you've got but dont apply it as a wet coat, Laquer from a distance away so it goes on Dry! Try it on a piece of plastic or metal first though, You can get Matt laquer as i use it at work but not sure if you can get it as an Aerosol
