like i said bud i fitted in, and wasn't 'pinched' in the 40cm width ones. i've since been on an experience day where i drove a cage'd n bucket'd scooby. the seats in that pinched a bit and might have got annoying on longer drives, no idea what size they were though.
don't know what to do...
Hello Cliosporters.
I'm looking at buying a set of buckets off of a friend. Problem is... he lives miles away and I can't try them out.
He's sent me these dimensions...
Now the only buckets i've sat in that i've known the size of were 40cm wide where these are 35. Are there any other fat...
Hai.
Didn't click that it was you until after you passed. Forgot about you having a new whip! Looks well.
Kept an eye out for you when I saw it on the stand later but no luck.
On the 182's i think it's quite straightforward. 172's it's a ballache.
having said that... on mind the cat > centre section join was a total rusty mess.
It's essentially 4 bolts. 2 at cat > mani and 2 at cat > centre section. buy all new bolts for when you re-fit including the wire gauze...
why would you have to raise?
like i said though... i drive pretty normally day to day as i'm often stuck behind some dickhead who will do no more that 30mph in a national limit.
I'm not 100% sure as I haven't counted. yes it's a daily drive and i've had no problems at all with them. for example... it's rained since i've had them and i'm still alive.
I'd say i've done about 4-5k miles on them and that includes a 'ring trip with 4 laps.
I drive it pretty normally day to...
Re: idf you were going to sell your clio today
few scratches and stone chipped front end. new tyres due soon. other than that, nothing.
bargain at 7k imo :p
Right... this is what i've done bud. hope it helps. Similar pictures to The Boosh really.. just my arch rub was caused by the tyre rubbing on the bracket (on hard cornering)
I'm not sat too low...
this is what my bracket now looks like...
sorry the pic is so poor! hopefully if you can...
f**k arch lining. went to the 'ring and on the way there & back most of it decided to escape on the motorway anyway. i had similar rubbing issued but it was on the bracket that joins the wing & bumper.
I just got the dremel out and cut the lip of it off. think there's a guide on there...
