Hi Nick - got your email, don't worry we can take care of everything :)
I'll get back to you a little later today/tonight - out testing our manifold for the rest of the afternoon.
Bit of confusion in here. The coilovers have nothing to do with rear wheel camber - the only way to increase rear camber is to use angled shims. I suspect you have lowered it far to much, the V-maxx are a relatively soft rear spring/damper combo too, so as a result something in the wheel arch...
Neither does cleaning (detailing?) but people still enjoy doing it - call it a project/call it something to take pride in - either way does it really matter?:)
Could be a multitude of things - the cambelt tensioner is probably fitted wrong / I'd also put money on it that the timing will be out. I'd get it looked at by someone who knows whats what and go from there. I'd also try and avoid driving it.
We didn't fit/map your cams ;)
Btw its important to note that non of our graphs are obtained in house, they come from two seperate setups near by - surrey rolling road & TOTD neither of which have a commercial interest in our work. I have very dim views on some aspects of in-house RRoads and...
No worries, I'll get the graphs up so people can have a look/make comparisons, could possibly even do a results thread in our traders section of all the cars we work on (if people could provide us with permission)? Ideas ideas... :)
We don't have live mapping capabilities at the moment, we use Henk @ Fastchip to develop our calibrations around the work we carry out - so all the 182's we work on receive the same optimised map for the kinds of parts fitted in the RS works package. You could probably eek out a couple more bhp...
Yup, we have 2 or 3 cars with results on both SRR & TOTD that are very similar in output to the our 182. I NEED to get the graphs sorted out at some point :(
