Best go for a 172 replica as a non standard 182 style exhaust for a 1.2 is hard to find. Or just put the cash in a bank and wait, or do something to lower your premium like doing the advanced driving test or pass plus etc.
I think there ace (but then i would). If the stripes were straight down the middle and about 15cm wide then they would be dead 'chavy'. They do attract attention but usually from people who know their cars which is no bad thing.

Yeah they cost a few quid! But it was either buying a 197 and loosing 4K in depreciation or spending some pennies on my beloved 182, plus I got them a little cheap thanks to ebay.
