Hello,
I have a Milltek cat-back system on my 182, and I'd like it to be a tiny bit noisier, but I'm reluctant to get a decat due to:
1 - Too noisy probably
2 - Emissions light would do my head in
3 - Having to change it over for MOTs
What other options are there?
I just follow guides off here. I am a bit crap when it comes to cars, but I picked up a Halfords Professional tool set (the one which is often on offer for £99), and in the last 3 weeks I've fit new front discs and pads, new rear discs and pads, and coilovers :)
The brakes are relatively easy...
It was great to meet some like minded enthusiasts :)
I almost didn't make it as I got completed lost at one point and ended up going around a roundabout about 8 times until I eventually saw someone, who I followed down to the sea front :)
Hello! I was in the Arctic 182. Not sure if you'd been to the Southend meet or not. I saw you on Pembury Road, then going down past the Police station, and finally down by KFC :)
Does anyone have a spare 19mm wheel bolt I could buy/borrow off them tonight? I was doing some bits to my car today and I've lost one! I don't have any spare and I just need one to keep me going until my new locking wheel nuts arrive.
Spanks
Mine had felt a bit funny for the last week or so but seems so much better since I checked my tyre pressures. Fronts were on 33/35, so I put them both down to 32. Rears were on 32/33, so I put them both to 32. Feels so much better :)
I NEARLY missed them, but then found it on the floor after fitting the discs, and realised!! Phew! :)
It's been a productive day, fitted new rear discs and pads, dremeled off the bumper bracket to hopefully stop my wheels rubbing, resealed the exhaust join between cat and the bit leading to the...
Hi all,
I've removed the brake caliper and also the 30mm nut, the hub is wobbling a bit but it won't come off. I've hit it with a hammer and wood but it won't budge. Do I need more welly, or have I missed a bolt somewhere?
Thanks
Anyone who says that post processing is cheating, either isn't a photographer, or doesn't understand photography.
Post processing has, and always will be a part of photography.
Besides, if you shoot in RAW you should ALWAYS post process your photo. A RAW file is what it suggests, it's raw...
Some of your photos are incorrectly exposed, suffer from camera shake, or are just generally flat and boring (the seat photo for example).
I think you should start over and stick to taking photos in daylight to begin with. Concentrate on exposure, composition, focus. Think about what you're...
My girlfriend and I hadn't done any photos for ages so we decided to do some at the weekend. I was in a really unexplainable bad mood and I just couldn't be bothered, no thought went into it, which led to me getting a bit stroppy and giving up after about 10 minutes, fortunately she was very...
