Well I'd certainly say the service was good, left it with him for a while, couldnt fix it but didnt charge me a penny. Would certainly go back i think.
Couple weeks ago mate, the day you were off. Spoke to your colleague who reckon it was the chip inside that was knackered. Will need to send off for a 'free esitmation' but to be honest probably just better buying another one.
Because Renault says aslong as the car is serviced according to the service plan, at a VAT garage using Renault parts then they will fix it under warranty. If they dont want to fix it under warranty if they dont service your car, then they should say so TBH.
My air con is always on set nice and cool. Dont like the windows open much when driving above 40mph or so, but sometimes put them down around town. But I suppose air con doesnt affect fuel consumption or power in my diesel.
Dont see whats confusing about this? Surely everything in the car's history should be recorded?

As said better off with just suspension and brakes.
As for peoiple saying get a 172, perhaps he hasnt got much driving experience so doesnt want a fast car incase he bins it, cant afford running costs etc?
I had a bog standard 1.2 and it showed up a certain V6 on here down the twisties...
