the cards in mine are only about 1mm thick, the rears are bonded in and the fronts are fastened with sticky back velcro. speakers are for homo's ;)

it was great! managed an epic spin in the dust early on... the car didn't miss a beat all day, the brakes are absolutely stupid!! it was busy to begin with, we were waiting up to an hour for a two minute run, but by the end of the day there were only about five cars still running. shame...
