Watch yourself with CTC, it took them a month and a half to send a Vickey rear bumper and when the bumper arrived it was not the right one!! They are claiming that it was a packing mistake and my bumper went to Scotland and the guy who recieved it wants to keep it! Just keep on at them and you...
There is a Blue RT somewhere on the renaultsportsclub forum who has got 18s and I think a 60mm drop, it can be done but I think coilovers would be essential.

In a dust free enviroment for a start, I dont see how hard it would be to colour code them off the car, my mate his 306 ones and they were spot on did them on his garage floor with a bit of newspaper on the floor, all it takes is be patient and you should get a good job there is bound to be a...
Fair comment Hardcore Sax, it is not fair to rubbish all Saxo owners but when they come on to the boards to blatently start arguments it does not give the Saxo owners a good reputation.
This is probably going even more off topic but, the money for power thing I bought my 16v for 2k and if I spend another 1k on the engine it would kill a VTS and look a hell of a lot better doing it as valvers are not as common as muck, like Saxo VTS and VTRs, at the end of the day this is just...

Can be an expensive job as it is best to have the head checked to make sure there is no cracks, but if the job is done properly by Renault you should not really have any problems in the near future, just make sure the cooling system is all in working order and you should be fine.

It seems to me that there is a new arch but it has just gone over the old one, as there seems to be two lips, it looks completely in line and has been flushed into the existing bodywork, the coloumn was replaced due to a knackered knuckle is it the one that connects to the rack? There was loads...

Are you intersted in an upgrade from a VTS? Would definetely reccomend a Clio above a Saxo. How about a nice valver that would probably count as an upgrade!

So £220 all in was a bit of a bargain, that was parts and labour, the column is from a scrappy but the garage reckon its fine and now it handles loads better!

Just got my car back from the garage, here is a list of what I had done:
Replaced the steering column
New passenger side arch
Doors and arches rubber mounts taken of and smoothed in,
MOT test which it passed after the column was replaced!
So now it is two tone black and grey primer...

De-catting should make the exhaust system less restrictive, and so should increase power and nearly all cases this has happened, only thing is will probably make the exhaust sound louder and will probably increase your emissions, but de-cat pipes do normally give power gains on the 16v.
I seem to have seen loads of really horribile Clios recently, not trying to be sexist but they always seem to have young girls driving them and they have definetely gone overboard with the Ripspeed gear!!! And poorly fitted alloy roof spoilers as well.
