think the springs were 90 for all 4, then i got some new standed shocks for the back think they were 35 each.and did the work my self .plus a tin of yellow paint for the shocks lol was a fiver...

no coilovers i just lowered it 30 mill last year got the springs from larkspeed in leeds and painted the shock's yellow..looks better close up

man i know how he feels i got done by a fecking" people carrier " off all things on the m1 a few weeks ago. was doing about 80..90..and this thing just came up , so i booted it and the damn thing stuck with me all the time then took me the guy was pissin is self.....and my cars runing fine...

cars ready for the M.O.T next week and i think it's going to fail on the exhaust, so im thinking of geting an after market one .can any one recomend 1 thats" quiet "but performs better then the standed one? i got a budget of about 250..300..thx iv done a bit of a search but they all seem to be...

my 2 cents!...i removed all the valve and air pipe a few weeks a go when i put my k+n back on i missed the sound lol...i havent noticed and performance gains nether...but it does give you more room for the cold air feed,so it's staying off for now..

^ did mine 2 years ago with nitromors,the original paint that was still on came of very easy.im sure with a little time and care it will work on the paint he's already got on.might need 2..3 coats tho:)

BQ, home base ,any hardware store realy...yes you just paint it on and leave for 5 minutes.then just wire brush it of or scrape it off...also when you have got all or most of the nitro of ,make sure you wash the calliper well in hot soapy water untill every bit of nitro is of other wise the...

nitromors.. just make sure you wash your hands before taken a piss. belive me it stings..

360 = more games seems like all or most dev's are concentrating on the 360 at the minute, so im not realy botherd about the ps3.may be when it drops in a few years i will get one.....

its the same engine as gears of war on the 360 and that looks pretty good . so at a guess i would say anything with a dual CPU and and 7800gtx or above , should run it near to full detail....i dont think it's a DX10 game so hopefully by sticking another 7800gtx in my system it should be ok....i...
