Pics would help, but at £10 Ironx is worth a try as it removes the worst baked on brake dust.
It's pretty safe as it can be used on paint without harm, just don't let it dry
Is it not a threaded hole that the tow eye screws into? Therefore there will be nothing to attach the strap to?
Leave the strap off, just makes people think you break down on a regular basis unless it's a barely legal track car
I will be ordering a big bottle of reload shortly, it may not last any longer as a top up than sonax, but at least it's nice to and easy to apply. Not taking anything away from C2 as they're much the same, just personal preference see's reload do it for me
sonax is better when first applied, but appears to be a bit fussy over what it sits and therefore the lovely water behaviour doesn't last unless on a clean base and used as a stand alone sealant, not as a QD as advertised
from what I've seen of CQ, it ideally needs a reload or similar top up to get the water behaviour performance of say original C1. Ryan's is a perfect example.
I originally was of the same opinion as Matthew, but Daddy responsibilities has cut the time I can spare playing and can just about...
So requires top ups ideally? I was a little put off CQ after seeing its water behaviour on RyG's 200
Hoping to utilise Ant's talents in the near future to clean up the A4 ready to try out the nanolex ultra.
Sister dropped off my prezzy of a microfibre madness incredimitt tonight.
Quite pleased with it. Combination of long fine fibres, over short dense open and fluffy fibre base on a thin sponge. I can't be bothered with looking after the merino wool / carpro type mitts anymore so keen to see how...
Been looking into their gloss and nano top up quick detailers, but not interested in the rest of he range. Not that's there's anything wrong with the range just already happy with what I use.
Although I would agree and typically always do wheels first, wheels can be washed without spraying or throwing dirt all over the wings and arches, so with a suitable technique they can be washed last
They must have loved you buying all that lot! I don't think I'd have space for it all. I can't find any of the demon shine products now on special or <£7
I meant to play with VP citrus this afternoon but reached for AF citrus power without thinking so will have to wait again.
For an extra £1 per litre, you could have 5litres of autofinesse citrus power. If ypu use it as regularly as I do its well worth it.
And when you consider RDS seems to perform as well as citrus power diluted 1:1 with water meaning it's only £3.50 per litre, RDS isn't all that cheap at £6 per litre
RDS neat was just about as good as AF citrus power diluted 1:1 with water. and agreed not sure how LSP safe it is a I often found it affecting water behaviour when I used it. Only use it on wheels and tyres, arches etc.
I can't find it cheap locally anymore so don't bother with it and won't be...
Bringing this back to topic, what would people recommend for dilution ratios with valet pro citrus pre wash, or do you use it neat?
Will be used through a spray or hand pump bottle
