Valet pro bilberry and autofinesse imperial are pretty safe wheel cleaners, but on sensitive finishes I'd be tempted to use a wax safe citrus pre wash.
Carpro TarX is likely to be a little more environmentally friendly and delicate than Tardis, but probably just as effective.
Its often...
This weekend our cars were covered in another fine layer of dust again. As soon as there's a substance to sit between your wax and the water the beading and sheeting will instantly be affected regardless of which wax or sealant. Give it a quick wash and see how it performs with clean paint. I'm...
Do you know the extent of the damage yet? Might be worth tracking down a local trader on here that have the experience and specialist timing tools to take a look and better advise you on repair and rebuild or simply replace.
Amberlamps, how dirty was the car when the photo was taken? Just washed and beading or sitting for a few days with settled dust?
looking at that, I'd imagine there is a fine layer of dust/dirt settled on the paint.
The way it is shipped from eBay is elegal as it needs to be carried in a suitable container, and it has happened before when some sellers have diluted the product
Nothing is quite as good as Tardis, but it's probably more hazardous than most out their. TarX is less likely to stain trim quite as much.
Coby, I'd happily buy some off you if we could meet up
Search for junkmans videos on YouTube on how to use a DA and correcting.
More often than not, myself including, it's typically technique that's at fault
1. Rinse car down with the hose pipe - water:rasp:
2. Snow Foam - AutoBrite MagiFoam
[/B]8. Clean wheels with wonder wheels hot wheels + wheel brush
9. Jet wash entire car clean
4. Wash car using 2 buckets + multiple microfibers - AF Lather / DDJ born to be mild and a sheepskin mitt
5. Jet Wash...
Listen to Ryan's advice, his suggestions will certainly help.
Also, try not to apply HD wax too thickly, makes it more difficult to apply and remove.
Also with white wheels, I'd really recomment a nano/quartz/glass coating wheel sealant such as GTechniq C5 and Carpro DLUX

Amigo won't cleanse or lift half the dirt as tripple / srp. I also didn't think that for a dedicated glaze it didn't fill or hide a great deal more than tripple.
For me the choice between the two is more than likely whether I'm choosing a wax or sealant to top them with

It's also worth using clay after iron and tar removal before machine polishing.
autosmart make tardis and g101, but supply in 5l bottles so depends on whether you're likely to use that much as to whether you go for a different option.
For the tar remover, Carpro tar-x or autofinesse ablitarate can be found in smaller sizes and work just as well.
G101 is an all purpose...
Glad to be of help, let me know if you'd like a hand again.
Been thinking about where the sealant has collected between the top of the spoke and the outer rim, reckon it can be done ok with a bit of elbow grease
Any close ups on the panel after tripple? Curious to see how it worked on any marring and minor works.
I also have a 50ml sample of Zymol Glasur I keep meaning to sell on if your interested
Gold class leaves behind wax and gloss enhancers I believe, other than that it's a nice shampoo. Guess it depends how into your detailing you are and if it'll be an issue.
F lather in 5l works out to be one of the cheapest bare shampoos about, and I'm onto my 2nd 5l bottle between me and a...
A little update on this after our attempts yesterday.
After a good wash the white hazing left behind by the poorboys wheel sealant was terrible. Strong dilution of Bilberry liberally sprayed on and left to dwell a few minutes then worked with a small detailing brush just cleaned off the grime...
In 5 years, maybe more.
I've not had trouble with any of mine, so maybe a bad batch or heavy wash, you'll never know. Originally bought from i4d and most recent was elite. They are slightly different but not by much.
I woukdnt say it was softer, maybe a deeper pile but the ubdr always seems to...
