My first correction attempt with the cyc rotary.

That's pretty good value, I'm an utter noob when it comes to this. I have some light swirling on my roof and bonnet, I got some of it out with Scratch X and SRP but I'd like to make it perfect, plus my headlights need doing. I'm genuinely interesting in how easy this is, I've never done...

How much is this starter kit you used?

    Laptop encryprion

Pretty sure all the Intel chips from the past couple of years have this built in tbh.

    Broken record. :boring:

new shape clio speakers sound better than 182

Order some and try and fit them? You might have discovered something really good for the OEM+ crowd (I count myself a member of said crowd).
  12. olliewebbuk

think 15" alloys are too small?

I think you'd be surprised tbh. You'll probably sell it fine to someone after their first car.
  13. olliewebbuk

think 15" alloys are too small?

I vote for stock 15 inch Renault alloys btw. OEM+ or GTFO.
  14. olliewebbuk

think 15" alloys are too small?

Yeah it's totally your choice matey, but I'd rather put that money in the bank if I were you. Then in 18 months or so trade up, also your car will be worth more 2nd hard un-modded.
  15. olliewebbuk

    Stripes, going.... going!

To be fair if you don't manage to pull the paint off at least it won't rust, the Clio is galvanized.
  16. olliewebbuk

think 15" alloys are too small?

This. Save your money, sell your car after a few years (any when you're qualified and working in a proper job) and buy something better.

    Sticking front (N/S) caliper

Lol it's not that pikey, it doesn't involve a hammer for starters.

    Laptop encryprion

    Gutted for you.
  19. olliewebbuk

    Stupid question

See, you can do it pendulumx. So why not get it right the first time bro?

    Sticking front (N/S) caliper

Take the calliper off, push the piston out a bit. Wet and dry paper the piston and then clean it up with brake cleaner. Then copperslip it and push it back in. That should fix it.
  21. olliewebbuk

think 15" alloys are too small?

Nope. They are perfect for the Clio tbh.

    Laptop encryprion

    I wasn't quoting, clown shoes.

    it just gets worse

To be fair though, none of those things are big problems really. If you had taken it to a independent specialist locally (of which there is a few good ones in your area) then they would sort those cheaply.

    it just gets worse

I'm sorry but you have seriously bought a lemon, my 11 year old 206 Gti that had done 90,000 hard miles had less wrong with it. Can of petrol and a match?
