Leave that too. If you want performance get better tyres and suspension. Keep the stock wheels, 15 inch is the best size for a Clio.

Firstly, don't bother modding the engine at all. Secondly, yes the 1.6 16v is faster than the DCi 100, but not by much. It's definitely faster than a DCi 80. DCi 100's are like rocking horse s**t.

You can get them cheaper than that if you shop around. I've had two 1.4 16v Clios (basically the same engine) and went through 3 pencil coils in 3 years.

No, the DCi is faster than a 1.6 16v when remapped. Remapping the 1.6 16v will do sod all really. I'd go for the 1.6.

1*2 = 172/182. Yours is a 1.2.
