Fred I have a replacement head sorted so just going to get that skimmed and stuff so no need to buy valves

Aah cheers Fred will get on it I had 14 valves bent in the head. No damage to the pistons which is good.

Update today Got the head off today and the valves are fooked pretty much now shopping around for bits, I have a head ready off my mate going to pull the rest of the block out of the car and do the clutch while I'm at it I think. Was still a bit down today because of it all so I cheered myself...

you need to press the bearing out of the hub and then press the spindle thing (bit the wheel bolts to) out of the bearing.
