sure is but also when its just had.. ARP's,new sump,aux belt,mani-cat kit, new front shocks,IK and tax all in the matter of 2weeks well im sure you can imagine.. also last time it had a pipercross panel filter and milltek cat back on so all thats changed will be the IK

RS tuning last yr at a RR day and yes il put it back on pauls rollers although its having the time and spare cash kicking about for driving up to leeds just to do a power run as iv just got the car back on the road and its had quite a few bits done so that its hopefully problem free for a while

i do yes and yes i will be.. hopefully before the cam belt change is due so that the exact same timing etc is there as we think the inlet cam maybe advanced a little from when it gone done before i purchased the car

seems another decent 1.. the cups always seem to do the better figures such as mine with 182bhp ;)

cam cover i take you mean? people usually just mask the s**t out of the bay 2 avoid overspray... mine will be getting done at a later date when it gets its cambelt done as il remove it then and do it out of the bay

i literally just gave it a scrub with a washing up liquid/water mixture and tooth brush and then just sprayed the silver straight on... was quite impressed as my spraying of other things in the past has been somewhat to be desired lol

i just removed and cleaned them up and sprayed... f**k rubbing them back and making them smooth... straight on to the bare rough metal and no primer needed then... this is how i done mine

as shown in the pic above i had the new k-tec IK fitted along with a pair of new front shocks.. i originally wanted a black IK but once we held the blue in place it just looked right

gave it a good old clean new front shocks and k-tec IK

as above went passed today while i was driving about at work

yeah the newer 1s i.e these are the turbo charged... we have a older supercharged cooper S and iv got to say its the most boring car to drive although i do like the pull it has in 6th on motorways etc.. that aside nice looking motor mate
