You must have done it wrong on your computer then, it should be fine.

Yep, we have Pipex. We had BT come around and test the line and I think in the end it was a combination of both Pipex and BT don't doing there work to upgrade correctly.

Have used it a bit a while back now. Quite easy to use and the whole package is good and you can customise it reasonably as well.

Good tip the line on the backing plate, makes it so much easier to know if it is spinning properly.

Don't know what the other thread said but I usually find VLC or Media Player Classic from K-Lite Pack tends to work for most things.
