Depending how bad yours are theres a guide on how to modify a buggered exhaust mount in the guides section. Might save you some money and will last longer than new ones.
As you have a PH1 save your foglights and run a cold air feed from behind the slats that are below the headlights. You get cooler air from there and are less likely to get water going into it.
They have to be left on if your parked on roads of certain speeds I think it 50 and over.
Also its a legal requiremnt to have lights on if you have your wipers on so if its raining but its still light you may only choose to put the sidelights on.
Thats the valeo oem clutch by the look of it so thats the best to get. If you trust the local garage then let them do it but it is a b*****d of a job. Just check they know what they are getting themselves into.
I can't say i find the ABS that intrusive even on the track.
Only time it seems to come on is in the wet at low speed (circa 10mph) whilst turning and braking.
If you want the all toys for when your driving it on the road then its got to be the 182. If you want it to be a bit more track focussed and can live without aircon then a 172 cup and for a compromise though you end up with a slightly older car a PH1.
why does it need changing?
Oh and the stock clutch is pretty good so its not worth uprating it. Should last double what it has though so check your not being told BS.
