Your Tiscali connection has corrupted your sentence by the looks of it!!! ;)
Ali - I know support forums aren't generally full of optimistic posts but even so take a look here if you want an unbiased opinion of how wonderful Tiscali is - http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=tiscali
If you're middle aged and want to look at the M&S website or email Saga then sure it'll do the job and you'll probably tick the right boxes when the questionnaire arrives.
That said there's much better ISP's around. What's your new postcode? (PM me if you prefer)
Sounds like you have cable not ADSL mate.
Edit - Just checked your IP address and you do indeed have cable. You don't need a MAC code as you're not migrating from one ADSL to another in this case.
Just looking back, I was on autopilot before, is your current connection with Virgin cable or Virgin ADSL ?? (They offer both services)
Obviously if you're currently a cable customer then there's no need for a MAC code and you can simply place an order with Sky, assuming you have a BT line...
Just phone Virgin and ask for the MAC code. This is a code that's valid for 30 days (and then expires) which you need to give to your new ISP. You don't need to cancel anything as it's all done automatically if the code is used.
Edit - Oh and they are obliged to give it to you if requested so...
Nope. You can reset the trip while you're driving and for a few seconds it will show the actual mpg at that moment but obviously as time goes on it updates slower.
