There will definitely be a load of us lot at Brands I'd imagine Tony.
If you need a hand with anything then I'd be happy to get stuck in.
Contrary to popular belief I don't break that much stuff.....
This is what I love about you Dave (other than your face ;))Not obsessed with power, just extra conscious about the setup. I do love that car for that!
All i want from you Tony (apart from to teach me how to do drive properly of course) is to hand me a beer at the end of the weekend and tell us we've done really well....even when we've done s**t.
Thats where we will be lacking obviously but to be honest, and i think Tony and Tom will agree, we can't wait to be out there just for the enjoyment factor alone.
We will be two seasons worth of experience behind Tony and Jay in this series alone.....let alone the years of experience Tony has...
Oh is this the same seat we have already established is waaaay to small for me...;)
The most infuriating. This car will get to a point where you won't be able to open a door unless you press your thumb to the finger print scanner....
Flol!
As I said to you yesterday, I'll get our panel beater to have a look at it. Should be able to pin it out and beat her about abit but it's not a huge amount of damage. You'd have to properly FUBAR a roof to warrant changing it.....let alone reshell!
Stop being a tart!
There wasn't a conscious decision to go for this setup and it wasn't something we were considering (well I hadn't anyway but I can imagine Tom had probably thought about it....he likes his toys)
As already mentioned it may not work but it needs to be investigated and, for the time being, the...
If the inside wheels aren't on the grass and the outside wheels riding the kerb then you aren't trying hard enough.
That's from the Tony school of cornering as well...;)
The sump is considerably shallower yes. Handy if, and that's a big if, we get it to work on the car as it will give a touch more allowance when kerb hopping. ;)
I should add that I simply organised the Geo....I didn't physically do it. Good thing about doing the job I do is I can get someone else to do the dirty work...;)
Luckily the camber was near enough bang on both sides so whoever did it by eye has, well, a good eye.....or just very fluky.
The...
This. You either throw considerable money at it and make sizeable gains or just make sure it's running well on what it has and then do the other much cheaper option......add lightness!
